National Geographic needs no introduction. Most people can close their eyes and imagine the yellow border, and maybe a shelf at home that was once filled with a row and rows of Nat Geos. However, most people don’t know about the Nat Geo Society — the nonprofit branch of the organization responsible for some of the most important explorations and discoveries in the last 130 years.
With the Fictive Kin team, we created a homepage to better tell the NGS story, and an interactive timeline to celebrate their 130th anniversary.
